Do I need finished plans?
No. Planning can be part of the overall contract. Existing sketches, plans or ideas help define the project.
Are all services automatically included?
The specific scope follows from the individual contract. We therefore clarify in advance which planning and construction services are included.
Can I request changes during the project?
We discuss changes together. Effects on scope, costs and schedule should be clarified before implementation.
